Halloween & Super Mario Bros

Hey, this is my last post for October!

Sandy (Kelly’s mom) made absolutely amazing costumes for the boys this year, so great, I had to take them down to my studio to shoot a couple pictures

She made the overalls out of fleece, I found the shirts for $1 at the salvation army store (which matched the material for the hats perfectly).  She got painter hats at Home Depot and covered them with fleece and then put the L & M on them.  She even colored clear buttons with yellow sharpie so the buttons were the right color (apparantly very important to Tobin, who was following her progress very carefully all of October).  Didn’t they turn out super cute!

Marian & Issy went as glow people (much cooler looking in the dark!)

and Ezra’s (which him & I did together)

And, as always, an absolutely ridiculous amount of candy (most of which we donate)

Pumpkin Carving

We had fun carving pumpkins again this year . . .

Rob helping Tobin with his, who chose a very simple design (Rob picked the right kid to help!)

Marian used these cool colored peg things

I love the Pumpkin Masters outlines!

And, I have to say, Becky was hard at work the whole time and I don’t have a single picture to show it!

It got too late on a school night so we have partially finished work, I’ll show completed pictures in my next Halloween post
