Last night, Kelly took Mari & Ez to AWANA (Bible club for kids). Tobin & I had some special one-on-one time. I put a kids Bible songs CD in we sang, danced, marched and played drums to the music. Since there was extra time, I sat in the rocking chair with him before bed and sang. I was singing Amazing Love and told him he could sing with me, he was happy to just snuggle. Well, then he started singing with me, quite well too! I raised a hand and so did he. So, there we were, just the two of us singing praises to our Lord. It was very sweet.

I’m just looking at old pictures-trying to work up some inspiration to get back in my scrapbooking groove. I found this picture from Ezra’s birthday party last year (2008) wearing Evan’s shoes (and don’t they both look so little!).

Karen came over today with Riley & Brady. Brady is 6 weeks old and of course I had to take pictures. I also got to hold him in my sling while he napped for an hour! I was loving it, loving it for the wonderful moment it was and that I didn’t have all the other “not so great” stuff that comes with newborns. Marlene, hope you enjoy the pix!

This is my friend Laura’s new baby Charis, these were fun pictures to take. Charis is an amazing blessing & miracle, she was born about 7 weeks early and has overcome lots of obstacles-she is a little fighter and a beautiful gift from God. Thank you Laura & Scott for letting me take these!
